😁 We were experiencing issues with our email/server on our I phones and other devices. I called in and spoke with Jamie. He immediately knew was wrong after looking over our account. He told me what to change and stayed on the phone with me as I went through the process on my devices and with employee devices. He was very patient and provided us with very important information to forward emails from previous employee emails to new employee emails that prior had not worked correctly. Jamie did an excellent job and should be commended for his excellent customer service with us today. Thank you Jamie! I wish all of our account reps were as good as you! but since they are not, you get our gold star of excellence today!

But, this time when I had really bad issues, I lucked out and found Jamey Dougall. Jamey dug into the problems I had with my mail system and into the other issues with my older website and he was able to fix everything. I really appreciate Newtek having such a knowledgeable agent available to help me. 5 Stars!!

I came to Newtek at the recommendation of a friend, who told me that, “even today (it was New Years Day), there will be a live person to give you friendly, unhurried customer service or help.” Truer words were never spoken!
I feel as if I’ve been given a dedicated helper, and each time I’ve needed help, Jamey Dougall has been knowledgeable, patient and conscientious. Each time he has given me a timeline for when things will be resolved or when I’ll hear back from him. He walks me through the things I need to do patiently and takes on the things that need to be done on the Newtek side as if he’s invested in making things work for me.
Remember in the olden days when we built relationships with each other? When you kind of looked forward to going into a business because of the people who worked there? I don’t exactly want to have technical problems, but if I do, I feel like I have someone I can count on to help me solve them. Jamey is the best!

😁 I have been using Newtek for my server hosting for the past several years. My business is a live streaming patient monitoring system and must be kept online 24/7/365 with no interruptions. Although we had some hiccups along the way once Benny at Newtek got involved by server and system at Newtek had been running flawlessly. 😞 I have been with newtek for near in 15 years, from the days it was Crystaltech. I have always been impressed with the quality of their servers and the great support. For some reason however in the past year they have dive bombed. Sites are down for days at a time. Email is often dead. Support is unresponsive and hard to get to. No online chat any more. I am moving my site to a another server but now their own site and portal are down so can't even get to my old sources for a while.

😠 I canceled hosting because the site would freeze when my class of 30 was logged in during class. After I canceled they charged me over $300 10 months later!! They will not answer calls or call me back to get this resolved. This has been a terrible and stressful experience. I used to love Newtek years ago but their level of customer service has gone downhill. I am going to move all my hosting services to somewhere else. I would recommend avoiding them like the plague.

😠 Horrible Horrible Horrible experience using Newtek, I let them develop my web page, a high school student could have done a better job. My email wasn't set up, my contact page email still doesn't work, I cant find my page when i search my company's name "The Plumbing Company of the Carolinas" should pop up with a name like that. All they say is they want me to pay for SEO, ha I'll pay another company (wish I could get my money back from them". From employee turnover (you suffering from not being updated), to everyone being out just cant get service!!!
