i am purchase mewnix hosting ( small business pack price 8000 inr / Y) in 2 months hosting working fine but after 2 months i am facing so many errors like - website continuously down 8 - 9 hours in a week , my sqli desable , php extension desable automatically.
I try to call customer support buy they dont pick my call and not refund my money .

conclusion -

1 waste of money , time and energy.
2 zero custmore support.
3 stronly recommendation please don't buy f*cki*g bad hosting .
4 fake reviews ( they remove bad reviews )

😠 Very Bad Support system, they never care about their customer. Just want you to buy their plans (high-value advanced plan, especially by promising that will give you instant support and will never dissatisfy or they will refund 100%)

They just manipulated me for more than 4 days by saying we will migrate your site and every issue will be resolved with 15 minutes to 30 minutes and once they disconnect your calls, they never pick your phone or provide you any support. You'll get a terrible experience from them. Indian fellows don't give a damn about their customer business. Never buy any service from them or you'll regret (mark my words)...I never give any review on any service but they really pissed me off and now, I am here. Don't lose your hard-earned money by buying their service. I may not know you but I do care about your hard-earned money and your business.

Guys don't take any services from mewnix. I was purchased (25-05-2020) one domain and cloud-based services from mewnix. After I had to face some technical issues on my website & Cpanel is also working on trial based, then I created one ticket(143376,399022) on the customer support portal after no one can receive my call, as well as email support, is not good. Guys mewnix is not a company; it's a just reseller and handler by Mr.anand. That the person is talking with very rudely and very loudly like am not his client, but he's talking like he is boss and all. Then I had decided to the refund because I am satisfied with types of customer support and services, he told me many unnecessary things and he denies to refund. So, guys, I request you don't take any services from mewnix.
