😁 I only bought a domain in Masterweb because it was relatively cheaper than other registrars. I was confused to setup so that my domain was connected to GitHub, but thanks to the help of the customer service, especially the Technical Support section, my website was finally accessible as well, and I got new knowledge. 😁 Sangat terbantu sekali dengan adanya layanan livechat di MasterWeb. Mau komplen tinggal info aja lewat chat, masalah selesai. Tapi tergantung masalahnya juga sih! Sebagai pelanggan yang lumayan lama di Masterweb, saya rasa Masterweb dulu sangat bagus pelayanannya, cepat tanggap dan jauh dari kata lama. Tapi akhir-akhir ini, responnya kurang gercep. Butuh waktu cukup lama baru bisa solve masalah yg saya alami di website saya. Kembalikan lagi energik Support yang dulu dong! Yang siap sedia membantu cust lama seperti saya ini. 😁 To be honest, I just want to go to 2 years using hosting from here, and so far there are no difficult obstacles that I have encountered, if there is one, I immediately chat the admin, and the response is fast, the obstacles are quickly resolved, just don't regret using hosting from this host. 😁 Awalnya kenal MasterWeb dari salah satu komunitas di sosial media. Banyak yang merekomendasikan menggunakan hosting MasterWeb sebagai salah satu pilihan hosting terbaik. Dan ternyata setelah saya cek memang MasterWeb adalah pilihan yang tepat. Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk menggunakan hosting di MasterWeb. Saya merupakan pengguna baru MasterWeb. Website yang saya gunakan hanya berupa website company profile yang belum membutuhkan spesifikasi besar, sehingga saya memutuskan untuk memilih layanan hosting Smile untuk hosting pertama saya. Selama 2 minggu ini menggunakan layanan hosting Smile berjalan dengan baik. Berjalannya waktu, kalau memang penggunaan website saya membutuhkan kapasitas yang lebih besar, saya berencana untuk upgrade ke layanan hosting yang lebih besar. Terima kasih Masterweb! Ketika ingin membuat sebuah website untuk bisnis tentu satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah memilih web hosting yang tepat untuk keberlangsungan sebuah website bisnis. Dan pada saat itu juga, satu provider hosting yang saya cari adalah masterweb.com, kenapa? Karena MasterWeb di cek di Google memiliki jejak digital yang lebih baik dari provider sejenis. Harga produk hosting, domain dan server yang ditawarkan pun sangat murah. Saya membeli domain dan hosting smile di Masterweb dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Saya sudah membandingkan dengan beberapa kompetitor, ternyata memang cuam di Masterweb yang harganya masuk diakal. Sayangnya, di MasterWeb jarang sekali memberikan diskon untuk pelanggan lama. Yang saya lihat, hanya pelanggan baru saja yang sering mendapatkan promo atau diskon. Semoga tim MasterWeb ada yang lihat review saya disini, dan bisa mereka pertimbangkan!

😁 Saya pengguna MasterWeb sejak tahun 2014. Saya hanya membeli paket hosting di MasterWeb, hosting tersebut saya gunakan hanya untuk membuat banyak email. Awalnya saya membeli paket Lucky Cpanel, namun kebutuhan akan email semakin tinggi, sehingga tidak memungkinkan menggunakan layanan shared hosting lagi, akhirnya saya beralih ke layanan Cloud Server MasterWeb yang kapasitas nya jauh lebih besar. Selama ini email saya berjalan dengan baik. Kendala yang muncul hanya ketika server sedang mengalami gangguan saja seperti bulan Januari 2020 yang lalu. Gangguan tersebut terjadi selama 1 minggu, dimana semua email penting tidak bisa masuk dan tidak bisa mengirim email. Mungkin hal ini bisa ditanggapi lebih serius oleh MasterWeb agar tidak terjadi hal yang serupa lagi.

😁 Always happy when server maintenance is here. The staff are friendly, the receptionist is beautiful, delicious coffee is always available. Around the building there are also food, drinks and snacks that are very affordable for us, who are just ordinary employees.

😁 Pernah Satu kali mencoba pindah ke provider lain (selain Masterweb) yang menawarkan promo yang tidak masuk di akal tapi dengan bodohnya saya kena rayuan maut sang customer service. Dan akhirnya benar saja, ternyata harga murah yang di tawarkan benar-benar sesuai dengan kualitas hostingnya yang murahan. Setelah itu saya sadar, ternyata murah tidak menjamin segalanya. Akhirnya saya memindahkan kembali hosting dan domain saya ke Masterweb. Meskipun jarang sekali saya mendapatkan potongan harga namun kualitas di Masterweb jauh lebih baik daripada provider saya sebelumnya. Maaf Masterweb karena saya sudah salah memilih ke tempat lain.

they said that online support is excellent, but actually it's very hard to contact. if you complain, they will reply you after 30 minutes waiting in chat room. we use their service for business purpose and every day always have bouncing mail, not delivered, or delivered after 4 hours or even more. currently all mail with attachment cannot be send, they said because it's over 25M, but actually even 274KB cannot be send. I'M WILL NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS, THEY OVER ALL SERVICE, SUPPORT AND PRODUCT is half star

Masterweb is fantastic hosting. They have 2 control panel, cPanel and sPanel (their default control panel hosting). I like to use SPANEL because they allow me to access shell/ssh.

The customer support is helpful. They solve my problem only a minutes for the problem that i can't solve for a week. Thanks for mwncare_wim, mwncare_masdim and mwncare_ade for your patience and thank you for handling problems quickly and creatively.

Now, I believe for using Masterweb as my hosting in Indonesia.

😠 In the past I experienced order processing delay due to the absence of billing staffs over holiday. Understandable. Hence I opted to keep a deposit with them to expedite future transactions. Little to my knowledge that once you deposit some money they do not send you any notice at all before applying my deposit to any incurring charges. Take an example of a charge for one of my hosting accounts. They issued the bill stating it's due date, 30/1/2011. Three days before that I opened a ticket to terminate the no longer needed service and ask for a refund. For some insensible reason they turned down my request and gave me a link to their rules.

Anybody in their right mind would see the problem right away, they applied my deposit too soon, way before it's due! They won't reverse it and shoved me the rules! Way to treat their customers.
