It's been great working with these guys. Really helpful. When it comes to ICANN and the things that are expected in terms of documentation, these guys know every detail. My only concern is that they will pick up mid-larger sized companies (luckily for us) we could get our things in place with LogicBoxes.

As a hosting and TLD facilitator, we wanted to be affiliated with ICANN, and accreditation was one way we could do that. LogicBoxes' platform allowed us to not only become accredited but also to expedite the documentation required with the help of their consultants. Since there are a lot of supporting documents required, the whole process could get a little tiring and lousy if you were to do it by yourself. But with LogicBoxes, that's not the case. Their team is really enthusiastic and will go all the way to help you!

As a registrar, my organization was looking to get accredited by ICANN since its value is very high in the domain and hosting industry. To avoid getting into the numerous hassles of documentations et.al, we decided to seek help from LogicBoxes solely for the reason that they would help us with all nitty-gritties of the registry process. Their account managers were very helpful and stayed through the process with us..

LogicBoxes has poor support and if problems occurs, they are dealt with in an unprofessional way, always trying to blame others and/or relativize the impact. They have little respect of their contractual obligations, but are quick to block and/or deny transfers of domains.
