😠 Tryed to get support for my Mac OSX briefcase. NOTHING!! I emailed support multiple times and besides an automatic ticket reply, I never even got a response. I also tried to upload some large files and the backup says "scheduled for backup" and it NEVER went off. I emailed support about that and nothing... Like the idea but absolutely 0 support from them. All they care about is facebook and tweeting about winning an iPad.

😠 Customer support = non-existent! I have been down for over close to two weeks pending THEIR software upgrade. I now have no connection and no backup on my most important machine. They advertise 24 response time for email support. I've logged 4 emails in as much time with ZERO response. Their very own forum shows a number of people with trouble since the software upgrade with NO response whatsoever! At $160+ for the year, this seemed like a good solution, now it seems I made a horrible investment.

🔧 Services: Storage/BackupFounded in 2008, Livedrive offers secure servers designed for small businesses in particular. In 2014, the company was purchased by J2 Global which also owns companies like SugarSync, LiveVault and KeepItSafe. Thus, Livedrive became part of the Cloud Backup division.
With servers running on Cloud, Livedrive provides personal and business plans. All plans have data backup guaranteed as they automatically keep a copy of their customers’ files in their data centers.
These servers are PC or MAC compliant and include unlimited cloud backup storage. They are also tablet and mobile-friendly. With the business plans, you also get tablet and mobile backup, so you can manage your server on several devices without being afraid to lose essential data.
What is more, servers can also be upgraded easily (with extra users and storage) by paying an additional fee.

😠 LiveDrive is junk! LiveDrive can only be accessed from one physical computer. Why not buy a 1.5tera byte external hd and carry that around?
