I must emphasize that this is the first time I've genuinely felt satisfied with my hosting provider. They exhibit exceptional reliability and boast impressively swift response times to inquiries. 😁 I have been hosting with Liquidweb since 2001 and I am extremely satisfied with what they offer. Their infrastructure is top of the line and its all backed by fantastic technical support. All of my requests have always been answered by admins who really know their game. My only negative is that they are a costly hosting provider. Then again, you get what you pay for. - Filip One of the most important things for me is having a support team thatâs knowledgeable and doesnât turn my requests down. Known host is that team. They always try to find a great solution for me, are incredibly fast and always spot on. Fantastic company all around. Very happy to have found them.

😠 Things were going fine until we actually started to get high traffic. They could not figure out how to optimise and make things work. Application started to go down a lot of times. They even added a load balancer but still issues were not resolved. Moved to another host and things are stable now.

😁 After several bad hosts over the years I found liquidweb. I must say this is the first time I ever felt good about my host. They are very reliable and have super fast response times to questions. Some of the employees lack a bit of personality (or perhaps they are just that professional?). Windows hosting is pricey though.
The control panel could be a little more user friendly and would like to have access to my domain names like I have had in the past.
