Back 5 years ago they were Stargate. Couldn't be better.
Today, their entire service experience is the worst I;ve evern seen over 2 continents.
Very customer hostile; overpriced, and it seems almost every time you put a ticket in with them, they get it wrong.
You cannot avoid getting spam from them even when their emails do not impact you. Ticket system is terrible ... keeps reopening itself ... you never know whom you're talking to ...
NOC staff on location are pleasant ... but upper management could care less. Hear from 3rd party suppliers that we're not the only ones to flee from their attitude.
They will not even allow you to put in your own IP based power cyclers.

😞 The Pros: Customer support is fantastic. They have very good response times to customer questions (usually less than 10 minutes). So from a product support standpoint they are excellent.
The Cons: Their prices are really high compared to other companies. I mean really high. They are more than twice the cost for comparable packages with other host companies. I'm not talking cheap shared packages either, I was running a dedicated box. They also dont continously upgrade their hardware. I've been with them for years and while their prices got higher, the hardware didnt get any better. They also dont offer CPanel as an option, its only Plesk. Plesk is just OK, but I like Cpanel much better for managing things.
I have since changed webhosts and am much happier. The support at my new host is just as good, at a signifigant cost savings, and the server speed is MUCH MUCH faster compared to what I was paying for at Latisys.

Since the beginning, they have been so willing to help us with everything we've brought to them. They worked with us patiently as we went through the process of switching to a dedicated server. They have an average response rate of about 15 minutes for support requests. Every single staff member I have worked with over the years has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the working of our dedicated server. The pricing is not the lowest in the business, but you get what you pay for! We are so pleased with their service and will stay with them as long as we are able.
