😠 Very worst company. DO NOT TRUST.
I was their customer since 2022 and i renewed cloudlinux license for every 3months on time till june 2024. I never had to reach them, but when i wanted to cancel in june, which was already renewed on June 1st, 2024 valid till 31st august, 2024, they started behaving rude and arguing that they will keep 1 more month for asking them to change my ip (once in the whole time since 2022).
Then i asked for more details and realized, they dont know how to see calendar. They said its renewed for june 1st and july 1st, so they dont want to refund and which its june 3rd today.
At the end, they refunded remaining 2 months realizing they are still living in june month 2024.
and eventually blocked me from their website and which is for GOOD. Better stay away from these worst staff behavior.

Worst support hosting. Support is rude and unhelpful. Support did not solve problems with my website that happened because of their server issue. Avoid this terrible host.

😁 We have an account with Jonesolutions.com for more than 5 years already. Amazing 24/7 support and very reliable hosting. The owner is easy to approach. They are kind enough to upgrade my account for free too since we are a loyal customer. I recommend it.

😠 Jonesolution has one of the rudest customer service support they will disable your account immediately if you have any complains. So in my own experience do not get them.
