😃 Good hosting provider! I didn't face any issues yet, support is good they try to solve your problem as early as possible. I can surely recommend jackhoster to others. Along with them blue host, domain racer, and host gator are also a very good hosting provider considering quality and support.

😠 Servernya sering down, sehingga websitenya sering tidak bisa diakses, ketika costumer servicenya dihubungi, teleponnya ngga diangkat angkat, yahoo messengernya juga ngga bakal aktif klo servernya lagi bermasalah. BT... Banget dech melihat fasilitas dan pelayanan konsumennya seperti ini. Intinya, semua pelayanan jakhoster ngga ada sisi baiknya, cuma menang harga domain dan sewa hosting ajach yang murah, tapi pelayanan dan fasilitasnya sangat tidak baik. Bagaimana coba klo website kita ngga bisa sering diakses, otomatis para pembaca malas kan balik ke webiste kita karena susah di akses. Apalagi klo website kita adalah website perusahaan kita, bisa bisa omset kita berkurang, mau ganti rugi ngga tuch jakhoster. Gimana yach cara minta ganti ruginya, atau bagaimana yach melaporkan ke bagian perlindungan konsumen agar konsumen2 lainnya tidak kecewa seperti saya, Dan jakhoster di tutup ajach.
