😁 Finally a decent tomcat host! Really happy with the support and performance of my tomcat app on the hyve cloud hosting flatform. I do pay a bit more, but its taken me a long time to find a host that can actually support java, so its worth it.

Have been with Hyve for many years now - and for good reason. They have an extremely efficient ticketing system for site support - and very reliable servers with extremely low down times. All requests for technical support are dealt with quickly and efficiently ( day or night ) The hosting over the years supplied by Hyve has proven to be extremely reliable - and this is invaluable to a reseller ( I host many websites on their servers ) hence I have no intentions of moving away from Hyve. I cannot recommend them highly enough

😁 Best host for support and value for money
I've only been with Hyve for a short while, but technically they know exactly what they are talking about and they are more than willing to help out. When the support chap asked me to write a review I was only too happy to oblige. I only have a cheap cloud server, but they really look after me. I only dropped the rating on the control panel cause I've never really liked Plesk! Should have asked for cPanel as they do that as well.

I researched the market for an IAAS provider for 6 months and Hyve were very well positioned when comparing their product, security and support to others.
Although their prices are on the high side compared to some competitors to date they have delivered an excellent service and their staff are very helpful - they always to try to find a solution and are fast to respond to queries.
Hyve also work very well with our outsourced development team, which is extremely important.
Overall, I'd highly recommend them.

The Hyve guys have been really good. I can't praise them enough. We had performance issues with our previous host who always tried to simply upsell more and more hardware. Hyve put a cashing system in front of our platform for next to nothing and everything is now amazing.

😠 Rubbish, customer service is a joke. Give them a wide birth. We hosted with them for over a year then service dropped and prices went up and up. In the end we have to leave as it's so much chew per elsewhere. I suspect they are just a reseller..
