😠 One of the worst providers. They will randomly destabilize their infrastructure, lose data, and cause headaches for seeming fun. Had my service with them because they were cheap, but they completely just lost my data. No backups, no plans, no business being in the hosting space. Zero rating. Do not trust them, they are worse than nothing.

😠 When you need support, they take about 12 hours to respond. I try to reinstall the server using the solus panel, with error; ask for support, they take 12 hours to do it, but they install another OS than I request

😠 Awfull service. Once, I've lost all my databases, it's good that i had backup. A week ago, my account was suspended, i couldn't login to the page, i had 0 control. The only thing what was left is to write them mail. The support was TERRIBLE. Going back and forward, nothing happened, they told me, we cannot get back your pages, too much phishing from your sites. I asked them kindly, what can we do about it, well, we can send you backup and migrate to other outer service. WTF. And now, no money back...

😠 I hosted with them for around 7 years, been pretty great but recently around March 2020 I noticed the website wasn't working. So I opened a ticket and they said they restored it, when I was browsing, I noticed the restored data was quite old, around October from 2019. When I asked what is wrong with the backup, they kept saying thats the latest they had and they lost my months of data due to a RAID issue, and didn't even bother to tell me until I checked. As compensation, they agreed to give 1 months bill as credits, so this one is also in the wind. I kept asking, and they didn't do it, ultimately the account got terminated because they didn't keep their word. I wouldn't recommend them for the life of me.

😠 Most terrible company i have ever dealt with. i had a 15 thousand dollar website hosted and ended up in hospital and only when i got out and paid even the hosting as they increased and charged me for late fees they had already terminated the site. So they took the monthly fee, terminated my website and now my business has gone under.

😠 I have used this company since 2015 off and on, I left them last year for another hosting provider due to having a lot of ips block their range. poor customer service one to avoid.
I used my wifes paypal to order as more secure, despite my other accounts in the past with them they refused to call me and claimed my order was fraud....it wasn't. typical response from them: You mean the one opened last night from a "Chantel Wren" which doesn't match your signup information as fraud? Wonder why you were flagged as fraud still I assume?
Just got off the phone with PayPal, dispute closed, refund processed and account here closed out.

😠 The worst hosting company in the world, if you value your money, never sign with this scrap company.
I endured for 9 months in this company, when my server fell in 10 months, almost every day from the air, the bin has never done anything, I asked for a refund because only 4 days have passed since the payment I have already paid.
This company did not give me, and I still suspended my account with the backups of my clients.
Company with no idea, if you want something, use everything, but never use the Hudson Valley Host.

In coryptocurrency payment they say me i am fraud. I ask them wo give you authority to tell me fraud. They say me MaXmind will give them this authority.
Then i ask for maxmind why u give them this authority for criptocurrency payment.

😠 Blacklisted - Be AWARE !!!
Hi ,this is my review on hudsonvalleyhost.com as i promised , two months ago i got a managed VPS from them and here is my results :
- first ,there entire IP range is blacklisted on Spamhaus SBL , not for sending SPAM but for sending ALL kinds of viruses and malware ,as Spamhaus said here :
https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBL228367
means that ,ALL emails coming from there ip's will be marked as SPAM (even if they are not ) and even ALL domains hosted on there ip's will be blacklisted too .
the funny thing is that you cannot do anything about it ,because hudsonvalleyhost have to contact spamhaus directly ,and you have nothing to do with that .
- second , there sales team said that they allow email marketing activities on the server ,but , after i paid for it ,the support team said NO they do not allow email marketing on there servers ,and guess what ,they don't offer a refund too .
so ,basically i paid for the VPS ,spend more than 300 $ to setup my mailer and [read more...]
