😠 For the past 2 weeks now i cannot access my cpanel and you guys cannot do anything about it. What exactly is going on? so someone cannot host a website with your company and have rest of mind? for 2 weeks now i cannot access my cPanel.

😠 They were good but over the past 5months it keeps getting worse... kindly avoid them.
Case 1; you buy domain and it takes forever to get it active. Infact, currently i bought a domain name on 9th june and till date, it's not yet active.

😠 This company really moved from good to terribly bad. I started using their services in 2018. At the beginning they were doing just okay with a little downtime here and there.
However, in the last 12 months, they have been beyond terrible. Customer service is almost zero. Technical support response time is the worst I have ever experienced with any service provider. Server downtime has now become their identity. Whatever happened to this business. Please avoid them if you do not want heartaches and problems with your clients. I won't even recommend them to an enemy. I have lost opportunities because of their incompetence.
I am at the moment contemplating instituting legal proceedings against them for poor service delivery. If you want your village people to rejoice over you, you can do business with Hostnownow.

😠 I have always used Hostnownow as our Third party vendors for hosting our clients as far back as 2018. I must confess they were good when we started with them. But over the years noticed the lack of concern for their customers. The various means of communication with customers was cut off this include Livechat. While customer support phone numbers hardly goes through. The only available means left was the custome client area. Our company has almost lost businsses due to their actions. Please if they feel the customers don't deserve the best they should inform their custoers so they can quickly migrate their servces to other serious hosting firms. Having said that Hostnownow is the least hosting company I will recommend to anyone

😠 all there service is poor, poor customer service , poor server and there working seem not to understand or play foolish most of the time this company has made me lose up to a million am not joking the last trick there pull was going off can't access cpanel would not even tell you when there service will come up all my friends I referred to this company are not happy with me

😠 Bad experience
I kept having issues with this hosting, from slow response to phpmyadmin page not responding sometimes. But the most frustrating of them was that for some weird reason, their cpanel is not compatible with visual composer. I got frustrated and asked them to cancel my account and issue a refund. Their terms states that refunds can be issued for new customers within 7 days, however, they refused to refund me despite meeting all the conditions for refund. They quoted a clause on their terms that stated that refunds can be issued to my payment method (paystack). Meanwhile, all the payment methods available are included in this clause, which means there is no refund. Their policies are unfortunately fraudulent, does not in any way protect the customer and is only designed to serve them. I have used other hosting providers who have very good policies, they refund if you are not satisfied and this makes me always come back to them. Use hostnownow at your own risk. I do not recommend.

😠 Beware!! Do not use this hosting company.
My client contacted me that he could not access an email I created for him. I was surprised and checked. To my amazement I discovered that all the emails had disappeared.

I even showed them a screenshot of how the wesbite looked like before the issue and they couldn't do anything about it.
How can you claim to be a hosting company that cannot keep your customers' website files safe or be reliable to restore the website, in the case of an issue.
Now I have to redevelop the website from scratch but definitely with another hosting company.

😞 Frankly, I am beyond disappointed. The live support team just keep delaying response. A hacker is on my site again after the website was taken down by the hosting company, yet no response from the agent. I have been locked out of cpanel but they keep talking about opening a support ticket which, by the way will not be answered promptly.
Someone convinced me to use this company and I had already done so and truthfully enjoyed their services until now. I am beyond frustrated because eventually, they will take my account offline and still make it look like it is my fault.
I am fully convinced that I will not be renewing my plan in December. So much for trusting a Nigerian based company. Godaddy wins it for me.

I had been having issues with their hosting due to frequent down times but it usually does not stay long, until my experience today
Can you imagine after their customer service rep told me, some time ago, that they are available till 12 mid night every day, I was impressed, not knowing it was a lie
My client called me to tell me their website was down by 7pm. Thinking I just needed to raise a ticket, to my surprise, after raising the ticket, no response.
I checked the other websites I was hosting with them, in case it was just this website that was down, but they were down as well.
I then tried their live chat, no one was online
I called their 2 numbers, they were off. A so called 24/7 service providers are switching off their phones
I then saw their Canada contact and called, it went to voice message.
I normally use foreign hosts but decided to patronize Naija company o. See the wahala I put myself in.
Please be warned!!!!!!

😁 I found out about HostNowNow through a friend. I was told I could get 3GB hard disk space and 6GB bandwidth for just N3000 and get a free .com.ng or .org.ng domain. I have really enjoyed their service. Their customer service is awesome and I wish them well
