😁 Excelente Servicio el de Hosting SSI. La verdad no he tenido ninguna falla desde que contraté mi servicio, de igual forma la atención en soporte técnico por cualquier duda que tenga me la responden en cuentión de pocos minutos. Sin duda los recomiendo en su totalidad, por su calidad y también por sus bajos precios; En otros Hostings los servicios más básicos exceden los 10$ o 15$ los más básicos, pero aquí no pasa de 3$, y la ventaja para los que estamos en Venezuela es que podemos pagarlo en moneda Nacional.

😠 Esta empresa se ha quedado con mi dinero y no me presto ningún servicio. Contrate el servicio, y como no me lo pudieron ofrecer por fallas técnicas, solicite reembolso y llevo casi 1 mes esperando. Me escriben correos pretendiendo que recontrate el servicio y pesar que les repito que quiero el reembolso se hacen los locos. Ademas la plataforma donde dan servicios esta totalmente amañada ademas y para hacer cualquier gestión tienen que comunicarse con ellos, lo que lo hace sumamente ineficiente. De momento me han quitado mas o menos 20€ por lo que veo no van a responder por eso.

Compramos un Hosting para las fotos de mi boda. Tuve un retraso para realizar la cancelación del servicio, ya que había un problema con el banco, pero me recibió una señora encantadora que me activo el servicio sin haber pagado. Estábamos entonces creo que la asistente/administrador o supervisor, quien también fue muy, muy agradable via chat. Después de que me les comente que la página era muy especial, me escalaron de plan y al mismo precio, a demás que me guiaron en la realización de la página (un poquito feita pero especial). El servicio era muy atento via chat, todo lo hacian sin tardar mucho en absoluto y era excelente relación calidad-precio (mi novio y yo coincidimos en esto es el mejor hosting). Sin duda volveré seguiré siendo cliente, especialmente al poder pagar con Bitcoins.

I have many client hosting accounts at Hosting SSi and they all work fine. I do wish they could work out a full trust hosting account with a price point above the meduim trust shared accounts and the dedicated hosting accounts so reports could be more easily managed. Thank you again!

😁 Hosting SSi is so good!
I have about 30 sites with this company, after searching in Venezuela I decided to move all my sites with the, they are very profesional and have even helped me with some programing errors we had in several scripts.

Their Up time is good, I only had 1 ocations in this 2 years that had had a major problem one was a hard disk that crashed.

He support is great, good and cheap service.

They are scammers. I opened an account with them and paid with my credit card, yet let they let someone else cancel my account without my authorization. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!
