😠 Finally managed to get rid of this shower of incompetents... but in the time between getting rid of them and setting up our new site, typing our website address in the address bar redirected browsers to their own advertising page! Don't know if that's standard practice in the industry, but it just seems a bit off.

😠 Overall, I have to say absolute rubbish! Reasonably stable and reliable, but the minute anything goes wrong or you need to contact them, forget it! Been with them for about 12 years but when the original company was taken over, customer service plummeted straight through the floor. Lost count of the number of times I have tried to contact them recently. You can never speak to anyone - haven't yet had a reply to emails and voicemail messages. I am planning to move to another provider... if I can ever get hold of this lot to cancel!
