😠 Отвратительная компания, 4 дня пытаемся перенести от них свой домен и получить код переноса домена (Auth Info). То их сотрудник, обедает, то его нет на месте, то подпись им устаревшая, то код получателя домена дрпу им нужен. С каждым новым заявлением на получение кода от переноса домена они находят новые причины его не дать. Покинем эту компанию как страшный сон.

😠 freehost.com.ua за свои деньги очень плохой
11 апреля упали vps, freehost отключил питание, снова их взломали.
Уже 8-й день сервера лежат. Единственный укр хостинг который уже два раза за год упал на 16 дней в сумме.
При их стоимости, аналоги в ЕС есть лучше и диски быстрее.

😞 Являюсь клиентом компании с 2010-2011 года, до теперешнего момента все устраивало, всегда оперативная и хорошая тех. поддержка.
Буквально вчера столкнулся с тем, что срок домена в доменной зоне .eu заканчивался 09.04.2020, сразу произвел оплату, пришло письмо на почту о том что оплата прошла все ок, в течении дня не было времени посмотреть ... Вечером по приходу домой, обратился в поддержку потому как стало подозрительным что домен до сих пор не работает, потому что в течении многих лет домен активировался в течении 2-3 часов максимум, на что мне ответил
"специалист" - все отлично, просто сервера еще не обновились.
Ну я посчитал ответ немного дурным причем здесь сервера ДНС к продлении домена, ну думаю раз уж поддержка пишет все ок, тогда ок.
10.04.2020 - домен не работает, пишу в поддержку и одновременно захожу в панель управления доменами, а мне вернули средства обратно на баланс, и говорят домен заморожен потому как не произвели вовремя оплату, просим Вас выкупить [read more...]

😁 В целом мне все понравилось в плане сервиса, я заказала в Фрихост обычный хостинг на 1 год. Техподдержка отличная, в любое время проконсультируют по всем вопросам. Всем по итогу осталась довольна, спасибо.

😁 Больше года назад узнал о компании "Фрихост", предоставляющая свой конструктор сайтов. Вот и создал на нем сайт стоматологического кабинета. Сам конструктор оказался удобным в использовании и интуитивно понятным: все элементы (кнопки, поля, надписи, ссылки) быстро размещаются и корректно работают. Хостингом тоже доволен: сайт быстро загружается и постоянно продвигается в поисковой выдаче. Понравилось, что техподдержка оперативно реагирует на запросы (даже ночью) через внутренний чат (отвечает на вопросы в течении 10-20 минут). И спасибо за бесплатный домен!
