😞 I have been a FLUCCS customer for over 13 years now and for most of that time they have offered good service and fantastic support.
Sadly the competency level of support has been slipping the last couple of years.
I have set up two websites over the last fortnight and some arisen issues have be dealt with abysmally. I have never given FLUCCS a bad review however I am at the point of contacting the Telecommunication Ombudsman to get some measure of adequate response to my issues.

😃 FLUCCS and its predecessor hosted our non-profit site for Parramatta Computer Pals for Seniors within its pro-bono scheme from the time we were founded in 2007 until this year when I as volunteer website designer and administrator decided I needed to hand the job over to others due to my increasing caring responsibilities. Your annual subsidy has been of great benefit to our seniors group, and I have consistently found your technical staff to be helpful, efficient and timely.

😠 Fluccs has REALLY BAD SERVICE - When our website went down for days because of a failure on their hosting they offer no apology or credit for their failure.
When we contact them to stop their services in March they continued to credit money out of our account for many months DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I've taken a look at your ticket history and don't see a ticket about an outage.
We inherited your account when we purchased the hosting services of another company and I see you were a client paying Fluccs monthly, for 28 months, prior to you moving away.
Our cancellation policy is that a cancellation request can be made at any time through your Client Portal but you chose not to do this despite repeated requests to do so and that is what led to this situation
We value all our clients but like any company we do ask that they work with us through our tried and tested support systems which makes things the easiest and most efficient
I thank you for your time with us and everything is going well with your new provider
