😁 I'm completely new to the blog scene and the euroVPS team has been so incredibly helpful. They helped me register my domain (even thought hey didn't have to) and have answered any questions I've had within minutes. 😠 EuroVPS company is a SCAM. Avoid it because You will loose money
The worst VPS company i have ever used ! Period.
I am IT company owner with 20 years of experience, in past i have used hosting services for me and my clients from all over the world.
After 3 months of using their services i fully regret the decision that i choose them!
For the first month they will do anything to make You satisfied, so the support will be helpful in any tiny case, but when they realize that " we got him" the situation changes.
Next They will offer You their monitoring service that will provide full monitoring service of Your website...they do not monitor anything and they just do not care what is happening with Your server! The only person which monitors my websites and told me about issues was my client! That is unacceptable!
The websites are running so slow that Your SEO will drop in a matter of weeks i have made every tweaks wondering what is going on, the only thing i did not think was the speed of that old junk server they offer.

i have quite a few sites and used to be with Hostgator until 2 of them got hacked and i learned the hard way about poor customer service and so i decided to leave. I searched for new hosting and the best deal for my situation was Eurovps and they made the transition easy which involved multiple websites - thanks a lot!

😞 Something has gone wrong
Price is ok, product is ok but something has gone wrong this year.
Support can't forward cases to administration.
If your VPS suddenly goes down they automatically says that it is you fault buy a support package etc.

Now with Eurovps for over 5 years, features/uptime etcetera is just plain good, have had few problems.
But if a problem arises (mostly because of my own mistake) in or outside a reasonable SLA, their support is just fantastic! Very fast and always willing to help you in a friendly way and explaining the cause of the problem.
I've had my share of hosting companies with bad support. Maybe Eurovps is not the cheapest (although prices are very reasonable, especially when ordering for 1/2 or 3 years they are among the cheaper ones) but when running websites quality and support are much more important. I'll stick with them ad cannot but advice to try them out!

😠 Joke or scam?
I registerd for the the EcoVPS unmanaged safari VPS service, I tried to pay for the service using my credit card however it kept getting declided due to being blacklisted from my bank. I was then back and forward with EuroVPS about this (all which they were responding in less that 12 hours) I then stupidly enough paid for a 3 month period via paypal. 2 weeks later and constant emails to them about when they will setup the service with no response what so ever. $75 down the drain stay away from this scam.
I registerd for the the EcoVPS unmanaged safari VPS service, I tried to pay for the service using my credit card however it kept getting declided due to being blacklisted from my bank. Experience with EuroVPS was amazing from the start, as I purchased the hosting for a website that I had purchased and needed to transfer as soon as possible to ensure that the escrow payment was not released before the server was set up.
From the outset it was fantastic, as I communicated to the staff that the website needed to go live as soon as possible and within 4 hours (instead of the usual 8 hours), the server was up and ready. Then there was a couple of items that needed to repaired to provide the seller access to the website to log in and upload the template, as well as for the EuroVPS staff to unpack the .gzip and then improve the load speed of the server by installing a couple of items.
All in all, the ENTIRE process took 6.5 hours, from the time at which I had submitted my escrow payment to the site going live. The longest thing was for their godaddy to release the URL to my registra.

From last 2yrs iam the customer of EuroVPS, recently i purchased another VPS. Oneday i asked to change my database password for my new VPS, but the "great" EuroVPS staff Mr.John Abraham formatted my OLD VPS without taking any backup, now those guys are Offering "Dedicated Server for 2yrs" that not Offering to sell in Website(Worst configuration). i lost my Complete Clients Data which includes clients websites. Today without any intimation all my Services Stopped which include my another Paid VPS also..

From last 2yrs iam the customer of EuroVPS, recently i purchased another VPS. Oneday i asked to change my database password for my new VPS, but the "great" EuroVPS staff Mr.John Abraham formatted my OLD VPS without taking any backup, now those guys are Offering "Dedicated Server for 2yrs" that not Offering to sell in Website(Worst configuration). i lost my Complete Clients Data which includes clients websites. Today without any intimation all my Services Stopped which include my another Paid VPS also..

🗨 John Abraham mistakenly re-installed the wrong VPS. This was an unfortunate mistake and something that was turned into a learning experience for all staff. As the Support Team Leader, John is one of the most experienced tech engineers to ever work for EuroVPS. This entire experience just goes to show that nobody is immune to making silly mistakes.
As compensation for the mistake our Engineer made, we provisioned Mr. Pratap with a brand new Dedicated Server with x3460 Quadcore, 4GB Ram, and free MSSQL 2008 licensing - valued at over 4k EUR/year. Free for 2 years.
Mr. Pratap did not accept this. He wanted it free for 20 years instead. When we refused to lock ourselves into a 20 year free contract with a historically abusive client, he then began to threaten that he will use his "300 staff members" to discredit EuroVPS around the web unless we paid him 10,000 EUR cash as hush money.
This act of criminal extortion and blackmail breached our TOS and is NOT acceptable at [read more...]
