Domainmonger is a one-man shop, operated solely by an old man who does not have any skills or ability for customer service or technical support. Our websites have been down for over 4 days, but nothing has been done. The owner-operator ignored all of our emails and phone messages. We depend on our websites to do business, and we have lost so much business during the last 4 days alone.
