😞 I have there software DAReseller, It took a while to get it started. Now due to deciding not to provide DirectAdmin plans and move to cPanel we message to ask to convert the licence to WHMReseller instead of DAReseller.
That was 3.9 days ago and no reply.
How are we to provide top-notch hosting and servers if we can not get the software up and running in a timely mannor and also quicker responces to support. Due to this we are going to go with Zamfoo.

😁 Good Host Overall
I had a site with them until last year. One big plus was the technical knowledge in support, everything was solved by one person, no tickets left in queues waiting for other staff. Overall I would recommend them.

Deason Software was registered as an Australian business name in early 2003 and the domain name deasoft.com was registered in March 2003. In the early days deasoft only resold USA Web Hosting. But very quickly our first dedicated server was leased in the USA and we took total control of all aspects of Hosting. More USA dedicated servers were added and not long afterwards we finally also leased dedicated servers in Australia, starting in Brisbane. The next major step we took was back in 2010 to setup our own hardware in Datacenters in Australia. 😠 Very slow server (96.9.143.181 aka NS2) and terrible support. My sites are hacked frequently (last attack 2 days ago) and it looks like the hackers can obtain/crack passwords. Mass hacking started July 2008. The forums are heavily censored and do not provide a true picture of users' opinions.

😉 Bad service..took a month to reply to my problem. Live support is always offline! Posted a bad comment twice about their service and they deleted that post twice! Uptime is not too bad.
