😠 Decided to leave concentric.com as web hosting customer after 14 years
We have been a web hosting customer for 14 years with concentric.com. We have been aware of serious problems with email messages lost for several days now. I have been trying to talk to them for support, but the tech support line places me on hold for hours, until I run out of patience and hang up. The last time I tried I was holding for 2h 45 minutes. I am now looking to move to another web hosting company.

😞 On Hotmail blacklist 70% useless now
I've been a Concentric/XO customer for over 10 years. In the last year, they have been on the Hotmail/Microsoft IP blacklist because of spam/relaying issues. Repeated complaints to ISP to no avail. I now have to have multiple hosting accounts to handle mail to Microsoft domains. This is a royal pain in the butt and I'm ready to move my accounts to an ISP that can actually get my email out the door rather than me having to constantly check for bounced email.

Used this service for >6 years. Service/support was "ok" when I was paying the monthly support fee. Zero feedback after dropping the support fee. Concentric's email needs an overhaul. Website service up and running ~>99% of the time, but when it's down, they are not quick with quality restoration information. Concentric has a problem being blacklisted on many services. I was unable to communicate with my customers for more than 6 days and swtiched to another rprovider. Concentric has poor customer communication in general. Suggest that Concentric offer chat panels and overhaul their customer service staff. I would say their team was/is completely complacent regarding their installed customer base.

😠 Concentric/XO Hosting Completely Sucks
They completely suck. They run PHP4, no access to a control panel, no ability to setup database, cannot use SEF, no mod_rewrite, no SEO, bad customer service/support hours... terrible, horrible, awful company!!! All around!
