Prior to that I allowed my clients to choose their own hosting firm for sites I built. This was a major headache due to ftp issues, lack of control panel options, and in some cases, extremely poor customer service. Since moving to Cloudarion, I have added almost 8 sites that are easily managed through my console access. In addition to e-mail and mailing list management, I have been able to configure my log files for each site individually, which is critical due to the high traffic some of my sites get.

What I want to add is that network and server uptime are quite good. Easy upgrades to VPS option from shared hosting (just a checkbox). One of Cloudarion's support ITs was a breath of fresh air. He had virtually every answer I needed and helped me change the domain name servers. It is good dedicated server host in Russia. I contacted Cloudarion support, they were responsive and found the best solution for my needs. We run over 70,000 page views per month which is pretty hefty for Joomla. The site always responds quickly, even during peak times and the cost is much less than the solution I had to have with my previous host. Recommended.

If you are not the least knowledgeable person in the world about web hosting and do need to call support at least one in a daily basis then Cloudarion XEN VPS hosting in Germany is really the hosting provider for you. After i purchased an account (while we are talking) they then set it up the account immediately.. but the good thing there is they are going to transfer my sites to my Cloudarion web hosting account as much a possible.. then after a few hours all my site are setup all necessary actions needed for my sites have been done. I'm very happy going with Cloudarion web host and for sure i will be using them for years.

I have worked with Cloudarion web host for more than two months, I started testing personal shared hosting plan, and I found the customer support to be outstanding, these guys are fast and they know what they are doing. The Staff of Cloudarion web host has always provided Stellar customer service. I know that it has 10 times if not more than this amount to maintain. I have high marks for this hosting provider.I have 3 Domains and 4 hosted sites with this provider.

Good job, Cloudarion is a top web host with nice 24/7 tech support team. I found the User Panel and one step installation plugins (Os Commerce) and streaming very useful for my purposes. I've always found the Customer Service top notch via e-mail and the help wiki is very intuitive. Recommended!

I've been with cloudarion now for around four months. I use basic web hosting (no SSL), email, MySQL databases, cron jobs. I very much appreciate being able to administer the site via the control panel. Their uptime is very good. Their control panels are easy to use and intuitive, as is their account and billing interface. I am very satisfied with this service and will recommend it to anyone.

Cloudarion support and service has been excellent, even to the point of a courtesy e-mail to inquire if any help or advice can be given. Prompt replies are given to any queries and the use of live support over MSN is extremely helpful. We have been running our entire Opencart network with Cloudarion for over 2 years and have not had a single complaint. Their staff is very knowledgeable and provide fast replies. The uptime on the servers we are on, have been remarkable. I believe we noticed on a couple short downtime in the 2 years and they always kept us updated via their status page.

No doubt, cloudarion is great web host. I do not think they can be beaten on value for money, they even did not put up their charges with the new VAT increase. Their Customer Service is incredible.
