😠 Absolutely no tech support at all. Purchased a web hosting package, and waiting and waiting to get it activated. Submitted many Support tickets over several days, and not a single reply to any of them. Avoid this hosting provider - completely useless when it comes to support, and cannot be trusted to timely solve any issues should they arise. I am moving to another provider.

😠 very poorly managed and waited for tech support so long I had to move my site to a new host. No tech support at all. I had problems with uploading right from the start. Never got an email, but my quota was full.

😉 Over a week waiting for a response from TS. No way to contact anyone other than by email - what is the point of that if they just ignore you? My problem is that the file to set up the Web Disk won't execute because of a firewall block. I changed the settings to open ports 2078 and 2077 but it still won't execute. Can't find a way to contact anyone as no telephone numbers are listed anywhere - great way to hide! If I thought i'd get my money back I would canel my subscription. I may do that anyway and file a complaint with my creditcard company for failure to deliver the service purchased.
