😁 Love the range of Products and Fantastic Customer Support
We've been using bytehouse since 2013 and have been very very happy with the service and support.
We host quite a few sites and every time we've used them they have been professional and helpful. We've had a few coding issues at times and they have been quick to help and resolve.
We've tried a new product with them our very own private cloud storage & anti spam. Both of which were a hit with everyone at the office and our clients.
Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

😠 Awful - just awful....
We've had downtime twice recently, so we were switching anyway. We gave notice on one server and they accidentally deleted our DNS records taking our site offline. Then today all their websites have been down a cyber attack, with no end or fix in site. They've scaled back and outsourced support and the facility where the data is hosted seems to be lacking in investment thus the issues.

😁 Bytehouse.co.uk has excellent customer support and infrastructure
We run an online ecommerce site for high end computer parts in Dubai, and had been hosting with one of the biggest US hosting providers. After going through repeated site slow downs, down times, and poor support we looked around.
We found bytehouse to be be very helpful and supportive, they resolved some of our ongoing issues and sped up our site (something that not even our web developers had spotted or sorted), and placed us on one of the VPS Cloud hosting platforms.
We've not looked back since, touch wood we've not had any down time, we've got a fast reponsive site, and we now focus on running our business rather than worrying about the website.
I believe you always get what you pay for, and bytehouse seems to excel on multiple fronts. The features and usability of the control panel, as well as the additional products that bytehouse provide have all proven to be very useful. We've added online backup and email hosting with them to excellent result.

We've been hosting with bytehouse.co.uk for over a year and must say we've never had a problem. There customer support and skilled staff friendliness has been second to none. We are hosting on a cloud VPS platform with SAN RAID 10 storage means that are site have had great performance and flexibility. Well worth every penny as this is an ecommerce site that needs performance

We are very impressed with bytehouse's level of customer support! The servers have never gone down, and we are running on powerful blades (8 core I think!). The speed and resilience of the virtual server as well as the connectivity (runs on BGP4 routing with 3 or 4 tier one providers.) means we are very happy we chose them!
