😠 Brainpulse Worst Cheats- REFUND MY MONEY
I was sold an email service with 3 months advance taken for Aug-Oct. Then started problems-they did solve anything - the email pack was a disaster with 75-90% bounce rate to all types of email ids. Gmail ids IP was getting blocked . In the demo emails to gmail were not getting delivered -they said that is only a demo account, on the live account emails will be in the gmail Inbox. Tech support Dilip/Vishal came on phone initially and when could not solve, put different junior tech support each time to explain again and again. Now they say I was given only 4 IPs but on sale was told I will be given 200 IPs to rotate. In the first month Manish, Sales said those 4 IPs are rotating among 200 Ips -yet IPs are getting blocked.
MOST USELESS and WASTEFUL service, cheats right from sales. No account manager is provided - each time explain to a new person. They say send email, after sending no reply. VERY FRUSTRATING. Called 30 times in August, gave up calling in Sept- they are so hardened. [read more...]

If you are looking for a good customer service, Brainpulse is a big NO. In terms of expertise, we had to give them the ideas rather than they consulting us. Our association has been a wastage of time, effort and money.

After having hosted websites with other more well known companies, particularly one located in the southwest US, I was determined to find a web hosting company which could be of service 24/7, and without having to use a toll number to contact them.
As well, excellent customer service, superb "up time" for hosted sites, and providing notice of new products and upcoming payments were a plus. In 1 and 1 web hosting, I found such!
They are the best when it comes to CSR and Tech attention when their are questions to be answered, or problems to be fixed.
I recommend them to anyone who inquires from me about who is trustworthy for web hosting, and I do not hesitate to express my satisfaction with them.

I mean no one cant even stand the competition. Their sales staff is just there to get money after that they dont even show their face neither ready to talk.
Technical support always escalates the matter to higher level and is incompetent to solve your quires.
Higher Level is always in meeting and you can never talk to them.
So decide before you buy anything from here. But i would suggest their services to you if you want it for your rivals.

😠 Worst support ever. They have no phone call on time. They tell you they will call you back and they dont. Their phones line are busy. If you call in the middle of the night for support there is no one and on top of that there is no voicemail so that you can leave your query and they can call back. Very surprising is that if you have an account problem or login problem it is handled by the billing department and not the technical department. If you reach technical department saying you have a problem in logging in he says that its a billing department issue and he cant help. Bunch of ignorants working there with no support and sense at all.

😠 I have hosted 3 domains with Brainpulse. After taking hosting with this company i am facing so many problems with them. Main problem is Support issue. No one is there to solve the problems. That's why i asked them to move my domains and asked them for backup. Till now they didn't give me the backup. I have mailed them so many times but no response from them
