😠 Hosting disana buruk. Dulu pernah hosting di sana dengan banyak client tapi tiba2 maintenance yang mengakibatkan berhari hari web tidak bisa di buka.. Beberapa bulan lagi sempat dapat email diinfo servernya ada serangan yang mengakibatkan isi dari hosting hilang. Dan akan di backup tetapi backupan webnya sudah beberapa tahun silam. Kecewa berat diinfo dalam term condisi menyebutkan client wajib backup rutin. Isi web hilang semuanya. Akhirnya memutuskan untuk pindah hosting

🗨 Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi atas peristiwa tersebut. Dalam TOS kami memang client berkewajiban backup. Kami telah memberikan kompensasi satu tahun free hosting atas kejadian tersebut. Hanya 1 mesin saja waktu itu yang mendapatkan crash HDD. Tentunya menjadi pembelajaran bersama khususnya kami untuk menciptakan langkah mitigasi lebih baik, termasuk memperbaiki SOP umur ekonomis dan backup. Kami terus melangkah untuk memperbaiki diri.
