😠 On the 8th of June our sites went down. They then told us they need to do maintenance which will take 6 hours. It is now 3 weeks later and some of our sites were not restored. They stopped replying to us weeks ago and close tickets.

😠 Two years of good service then June 2023 one site went down, They said a six hour server migration but it never came back online. Stopped responding to information updates request. Then another account went down. No response. All were pre-paid a year in advance. An unethical scam operation! Yes, I have screenshots to back this statement up.

😠 Third Class / Zero Customer support / Migrated with accounts termibation
They were charging 90 USD a month for zero downtime, customers support replies after 24 hours and they started migration without intimate and removed our 3 accounts and all of sudden so after that we demand accounts back and they do not reply and started tickets closings without reply.
