Banner View did not perform as promised. There we over five services within the contract that were not done or not attended to.
I cancelled the contract for failure to perform and now they have sent me to collections.

I cancelled the contract for failure to perform and now they have sent me to collections.
🗨 Customer's business was going under and they tried to claim we didn't perform so they could wiggle out of the contract. All services were performed perfectly and we tried to work out payment terms with the customer. Customer refused so we had to seek other remedies to protect the work we had already performed.
