hosted my sharepoint intranet with aspwebhosting long time ago
now my website are using dotnet 4 and php combination
one of the thing i like from aspwebhosting is the ability to host asp.net and php simultaneouly, the other thing is their livechat support helping me troubleshoot code at 2AM sydney time
with their combination of great support altough no phone support 24/7 livechat is sufficient to me as troubleshoting code is better on livechat.
why i dont give perfect score for their control panel is because they use dotnetpanel

😠 I had six websites hosted through this company which is a reseller of SeekDotNet. One day they released a new billing system which "accidentally" deleted my entire account. Happened on a Friday evening. I got no response until Monday morning because they do not monitor emails - tickets must be raised through a control panel which you cant access when they have deleted your account!
The reaction to the incident was pathetic. Turned out that half the sites were not backed up as advertised. I lost 6 months worth of data in one application. They were not able to restore email accounts and I had to switch to Google mail. On the sixth day not one of my sites was back up and I had to switch to another ISP.
Support tickets get closed before there is a solution. Responses are sometimes in very poor English.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
