Your services have been without fault, perfect to setup and your knowledge base helped fill in all the minor questions I had. Importing my current SQL database via BAK file was a snap. Not a single error. I almost couldn't believe it. Having access to the third-party upload and image manipulation tools was the icing on the cake. 😁 These guys are simply incredible. If you were to ask me what's the best customer support of ANY product in the known universe, I could not name one even close to Arion VPS. I can open a support ticket and in less time than I used to stay on hold at the former hosting company I used, I have an answer and a solution. And you know how other companies will tell you that a certain issue is "outside their scope"? I've never heard that from these guys. I do believe if you asked them how to change the plugs, they would respond with an answer. And quickly I'm like one of those crazy gun advocates when it comes to Arion. You'd have to take them from my cold dead hands!!

Excellent service at a good price. We've been with ArionVPS for 1 year and no problems encountered with downtime, etc. Help with set up was very good as CentOs was new to me and a bit confusing to start with but ArionVPS engineers pointed me in the right direction and installed a few important components for me. Our VLE has been running successfully on the dedicated server and access speeds are excellent. Yet to be tested at full capacity but I am confident it will cope admirably.
