😠 Amenworld - Just no!!!
Save yourself from heartache and don’t use them!!
They seem to have a fair share of technical issues when trying to register or transfer domains.
If you need their support, forget it!!! When you do manage to get someone, they will fob you off, with no owner ship of problems. Don’t bother emailing them through their online fault system as no one will ever reply.
Over the past 2 years I have had this happen 4 times now, and support was always the same, none existent. So now shifting everything away from them.

😠 Moving my domains if I can get into my account
Continually offline and then staff deny there is a problem. Not value for money poor customer service. Have been with them for over 10 years but now moving to a cheaper and better solution.

Their server came down and the left my business without website or email for more than 10 days. Email still lost for the period. Customer service was very bad through out.

I want to renew a domain name. Twelve days to renewal and I have heard nothing from them. I have spent three days trying to contact the UK company. 12 attempts on the phone and kept waiting without answer for what is now 52 minutes in total.
No answer or acknowledgement from email relating to my problem I sent to the USA site.
This company is in the business of communications.....dreadful service resulting in lost sales. What do you have to do to spend money with them? Do not deal with them.
