What began with one hosting plan and approximately 1,500 orders in its first year has grown into an international platform serving more than 3 million domains. SiteGround has more than 500 specialists, and its LinkedIn profile places the workforce in the 501–1,000 employee range. Nikolay Todorov and Tenko Nikolov currently serve as co-CEOs. The company remains privately owned and independent, without the consolidation history common among hosting brands controlled by large conglomerates.

Several registered companies support the international business. SiteGround Spain S.L., incorporated in 2015, is identified for the primary European website and privacy administration. SiteGround Hosting Ltd. has operated in the United Kingdom since 2014, while SiteGround Hosting EOOD supports the Bulgarian organization. Other group operations cover the United States and Cyprus. The 14-day Essential trial permits 100,000 credits, one project, and 3 GB of storage, while Plus and Pro raise these limits.

Domain registration includes DNS management, two-factor account protection, and a year of privacy protection for eligible extensions. A qualifying annual hosting purchase includes the first year of a .com, .org, or .net registration. The localized stores support English, Spanish, Italian, German, and French, with billing in USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD according to region. Promotions, taxes, prices, contractual terms, and some product allowances vary among storefronts, so customers should use the version intended for their billing country.
