Pagina.mx is a Mexican web hosting, domain registration, business email, website creation, and digital-services provider operated by Capmega Soluciones Informáticas S.A.S. de C.V. Pagina.mx has been active since 2009, while Capmega’s corporate activity dates to 2014 in Puebla, Mexico. The company has approximately 11–50 employees and focuses mainly on entrepreneurs, independent professionals, agencies, and small Mexican businesses.

Sven Olaf Oostenbrink co-founded Capmega and previously served as its Chief Technology Officer. Ismael Haro is associated with Pagina.mx and Capmega as Chief Operating Officer. Their service portfolio combines entry-level hosting and online business tools with design, advertising, technical consulting, and custom development.

The primary web hosting product is Linux shared hosting with cPanel. The Económico package includes 10 GB of storage, 50 GB of monthly traffic, five email accounts, one hosted domain, FTP access, and unlimited MySQL databases. Avanzado increases the resources to 20 GB of storage, 100 GB of traffic, ten email accounts, and support for five domains. Extremo provides 50 GB of storage, 250 GB of traffic, fifteen email accounts, and support for ten domains.

Annual shared hosting subscriptions can include an eligible domain without an additional registration charge. The hosting environment supports PHP, MySQL, FTP, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, and more than 200 other applications. It is a conventional shared hosting platform, so accounts consuming excessive processor, memory, network, or database resources can be restricted when they affect the stability of other customers on the same server.

Customers who prefer a visual website-building environment can use Mex.tl. Premium and Professional websites remain dependent on the Mex.tl platform. The complete builder environment cannot be transferred to another hosting provider in the same way as a WordPress, PrestaShop, or standard cPanel website. This makes the builder convenient for simple projects but less suitable for businesses that require complete portability or direct control over the application and database.

The older Mex.tl Classic editor has reached the end of its service life and no longer receives security, compatibility, or functionality updates. Existing customers using that environment should move toward cPanel hosting, WordPress, or the newer Sitejet Builder rather than continuing to depend on obsolete software.

The online-store creator is included with the Professional website-builder package. Each mailbox includes a personalized domain, spam and virus filtering, daily backups, aliases, automatic responses, webmail, IMAP and POP3 access, and compatibility with Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, Android, iPhone, and other standard email clients. Technical assistance is available for customers migrating messages from another provider.

These mailboxes are intended for normal person-to-person business communication. Sending the same or substantially similar message to more than 50 recipients is treated as bulk email and is prohibited. Newsletter distribution and promotional campaigns therefore require a dedicated mailing platform.

The domain registration catalogue covers Mexican and international extensions such as .com, .com.mx, .mx, .net, .org, .org.mx, .info, .biz, .co, .xyz, and .tienda. Domain customers receive DNS management and automatic-renewal options.
A domain recovery service is available for customers who lose control of an expired name. Recovery can take several months and is never guaranteed, especially after the domain has returned to public availability and another party has registered it.

Additional services include search-engine submission, website availability monitoring, administrative spreadsheet templates, website development, graphic design, Google advertising, social-media advertising, technical consulting, and custom web-development work.

The search-engine service submits websites to Google and Bing, but it does not guarantee ranking positions for particular keywords. The monitoring service checks website availability and sends an email notification when a site becomes inaccessible. Customers must still contact the support department to request investigation or restoration.

A lifetime affiliate program is available to designers, agencies, and distributors. It pays 30% of the profit generated by referred customers during their first year and 10% during subsequent years. Affiliate commissions can be paid through PayPal or credited to the Pagina.mx account wallet.
