Shared hosting packages are divided into several categories: customers can choose between Linux or Windows hosting; SSD or HDD shared hosting packages. There is also a free hosting package that is available for as long as the customer wants. This is a great option because other companies only allow customers free hosting for a limited period of time.
Linux shared hosting runs on both HDD and SSD drives. HDD shared hosting plans are configured in RAID 10 and support free PHP MyAdmin, Virus Scanner, protection against DDoS attacks, Softaculous and free site builder. SSD Linux plans are powered by CloudFlare, data protection is guaranteed by backup restore and customers can boost their website speed to enjoy greater performance. Windows shared hosting plans support ASP.NET (multiple versions), MySQL Web Admin or PHP 4.4.7 and PHP 5.2.13.
Reseller packages run on both Linux and Windows OS. Linux reseller plans operate on either HDD or SSD disks. Cheaper Linux plans run on HDD storage and include the following free features:

VPS servers are configured in OpenVZ virtualization and run on SSD/HDD drives. These are all loaded with standard features, including: full root access, IP address or free RDNS. Customers can upgrade their servers by purchasing various resources (DirectAdmin license, cPanel/WHM license, additional IP address).
Dedicated servers have complete root access and premium bandwidth implemented in them. These support programming languages (Apache, PHP, Perl) and databases (MySQL) that are all pre-installed in the dedicated servers. Customers can upgrade resources and purchase add-ons at any time.

😠 My daughter and I enrolled for the full trial packages on May 3rd then we cancelled all on next day since we did not happy with their features and services and until now they have not refund the money to us. We already contacted them three times. Stay away from them!
