GNS is an Israeli cloud infrastructure and managed IT provider founded in 2001 and operated by GNS Computers and Communications Ltd. The company belongs to the wider OMC Group, whose technology operations date back to 1995. GNS introduced virtual server services in 2002, established a 24/7 service center in 2004 and gradually expanded from local infrastructure into an international cloud platform.

This is not a conventional low-cost hosting company centered on shared hosting accounts, free domains and beginner website packages. GNS is oriented toward businesses, software developers, online platforms, IT departments and organizations that require virtual infrastructure, managed Kubernetes, cybersecurity, storage, backup, disaster recovery and professional system administration.

The main computing service is High Performance Virtual Machines, available with Linux and Windows operating systems. Supported templates include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, FreeBSD and Windows Server, while custom operating systems can be deployed through the cloud environment. Premium administration can also include external DNS, CDN and WAF platforms such as Cloudflare and Akamai.

Cloud migration is handled with a dedicated project manager, and qualifying managed projects can include migration assistance without a separate migration charge. This is valuable for organizations moving legacy servers, databases, websites or complete office environments.

The service is available in English and Hebrew. The gns.co.il domain is mainly intended for Hebrew-speaking customers, while gns.cloud provides the international English version.
