DigitalCloud.pro is a cloud infrastructure provider specializing mainly in unmanaged Linux VPS hosting, with operations dating to 2019. The service is operated by HLISTAN ZOLERANI, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a Portuguese company with NIF/NIPC 517417901 and its business address in Porto, Portugal. The current Portuguese legal entity was incorporated on February 23, 2023, while the DigitalCloud hosting operation itself has a longer history. Dimitri Shiliaev is associated with Hlistan Zolerani as its founder.

DigitalCloud is also part of the broader Baxet Group (baxet.com) ecosystem. This relationship extends to network infrastructure, with DigitalCloud VPS instances operating through AS26383 Baxet Group Inc. in several international locations. The contractual provider of DigitalCloud services remains HLISTAN ZOLERANI, UNIPESSOAL LDA.

The platform received a major modernization in June 2026, including a redesigned responsive website, a new customer area, a new VPS configurator and a more streamlined deployment system. The current service is strongly focused on Cloud VPS, although its contractual framework can also cover dedicated servers, GPU servers, dedicated IP resources and domain-related services.

Cloud VPS uses KVM virtualization with NVMe storage. Unlimited traffic is included across the current range, while network port speed increases with the selected package. DDoS protection, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity are included, making the platform suitable for websites, development environments, applications, VPN services and other self-managed Linux workloads.

The four main configurations are Lite Cloud, Start Cloud, Standard Cloud and Pro Cloud. Lite Cloud includes 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 25 GB NVMe and a 200 Mbps network port. Start Cloud increases storage to 50 GB NVMe and network speed to 300 Mbps. Standard Cloud includes 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB NVMe and 500 Mbps, while Pro Cloud provides 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 160 GB NVMe and a 700 Mbps connection.

A configurable VPS builder provides more flexibility than the four standard plans. CPU, RAM and NVMe resources can be adjusted before selecting the operating system, server location and additional software. This is particularly convenient for developers and businesses that want to balance CPU power, memory and disk capacity according to a specific workload.

Linux distributions include Ubuntu Server, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, openSUSE, Oracle Linux and CloudLinux. MikroTik RouterOS is also available for networking-oriented deployments. The current VPS platform is Linux-oriented, and Windows VPS is not currently available.

One-click application deployment simplifies the creation of common server environments. Available choices include WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, Moodle, MODX, Webasyst, Apache Tomcat, LiteSpeed Web Server, Nginx, LAMP and LEMP. Additional templates cover databases, DevOps tools, game-server applications and other workloads.

The platform also provides API v2, allowing server provisioning and infrastructure management to be integrated into development, SaaS or hosting automation workflows. This is useful for agencies and developers managing multiple VPS instances without relying exclusively on the graphical customer interface.

Backup responsibility remains particularly important with these unmanaged services. Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups and testing restoration procedures unless a purchased service explicitly includes managed backup functionality. For production workloads, keeping an external backup should therefore be considered essential.
