*📜 Plan description

Metal Cloud Infrastructure bundle built around AMD EPYC Milan 7313P (16 cores per node), delivered as a private cloud foundation starting from 3 to 5 nodes with a minimum of 128 GB RAM per node and local disks from 3 × 1920 GB per node. This variant includes FortiGate 60F in High Availability to protect east–west and north–south traffic, with UTM-ready perimeter and centralized policy management. Designed for SMEs and enterprise teams that want predictable per-core performance, dedicated hardware isolation, and a ready firewall HA pair without building the stack piece by piece. You can later add nodes or raise RAM/disk sizes; the cluster remains your single-tenant environment in Aruba’s facilities.

All Metal Cloud Infrastructure offers are conceived as private/hybrid cloud blocks: bare-metal nodes (3–5 to start), configurable RAM and disks, and FortiGate HA options (60F/80F/100F/200F, UTP where noted). They target regulated or latency-sensitive apps needing deterministic performance, security segmentation, and the ability to expand over time while keeping ownership of resources. Prices shown are monthly and exclude VAT; operating systems and hypervisors are customer-selectable during deployment. Support and SLAs are designed for production scenarios, while billing remains transparent on the bundle page.

📄 Editorial Review

Aruba Cloud is a European-focused cloud brand offering a broad, modular portfolio that fits everything from small projects to complex, regulated workloads. They position their platform around flexibility and control: customers can assemble virtual infrastructure, implement disaster recovery, run containerized apps, or launch managed databases while keeping data inside the EU and under clear, contract-backed SLAs.

Core computing options cover several tiers. Cloud VPS is the entry point for lightweight or bursty workloads. Cloud Servers (OpenStack) and VMware Cloud Server add higher performance and fine-grained resource control, while Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) provides an isolated VMware environment suitable for multi-tier architectures, business continuity, and DR projects. For teams standardizing on containers, Aruba Managed Kubernetes simplifies cluster provisioning, scaling, and monitoring, and Application Platform (PaaS) targets developers who want managed runtimes for common stacks (PHP, Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Docker) without managing VMs.

The data layer is covered by Database as a Service (DBaaS) with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server in shared or dedicated modes. For protection and governance, they offer Cloud Backup, Backup for Microsoft 365 (built on Veeam technology), and DRaaS options for VMware using Zerto, Veeam Cloud Connect, or VMware vCAV. Storage spans Object Storage (S3-compatible), Block Storage, Unified/Smart Storage and project-level data services integrated with the compute stack. A Cloud Monitoring service ties these pieces together, exposing metrics and alerts across servers, VPCs, and Kubernetes.

Beyond compute, Aruba Cloud also includes a Domain Center for domain registration and DNS, making it possible to register and manage names inside the same ecosystem. Throughout the site they emphasize modern facilities, quality certifications, and a multi-region European footprint designed to satisfy data-sovereignty requirements and minimize latency across the continent.
