"Bill and Terry bring a wealth of experience to EarthLink," said Sky Dayton, chairman of the board at EarthLink. "We are excited to have them on the EarthLink board as we continue to bring outstanding new services and an efficient cost structure to an evolving Internet marketplace." Harris was formerly executive vice president and CEO of Intuit and recently served as CEO of PayPal. Jones founded Travelocity.com and led the company as CEO and president. He previously served as chief information officer at Sabre Inc. EarthLink also said that Robert Metcalfe, who has served since October 2001, is leaving the board. The EarthLink board of directors includes Garry Betty, the company's president and CEO; Marce Fuller, Robert M. Kavner, Linwood A. Lacy, Jr., and Thomas E. Wheeler.
