Mar 10, 2004 : Altaire to Distribute Positive's CP+

📅 March 10, 2004 - Hosting automation solution developer Positive Software (psoft.net) announced on Tuesday that it has named Altaire Limited (altaire.com), a provider of back-end systems for the Web hosting industry, as the sole world wide distributor of its new Linux dedicated server control panel CP+ (cpplus.info).

Providing three levels of access, CP+ simplifies the management of day-to-day server tasks such as firewall management and Web hosting. The company said the product will be targeted at large data centers but is affordable enough for individuals and businesses.
"No effort has been spared to keep to cost of this product as low as possible, and further discounts for large orders and long term deals will be available during the first few months after launch," says Igor Seletskiy, president of Positive Software.
The company said it will offer support for the product worldwide and on a customized basis when requested.
Steve Ball, technical director of Altaire, described the new product as "the most exciting development in Web hosting at a remarkably low price."
Positive software is the developer of the H-Sphere hosting automation solution.
