📅 - Web hosting provider Via Net.Works USA (vianetworks.net) announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a partnership with Miva Corporation (miva.com), a provider of e-commerce products and services. Via Net.Works USA has been offering Miva Merchant, Miva's flagship e-commerce solution, since 2001.
The company said the benefits of the relationship include support from Miva, wider product offerings, increased focus on e-commerce, advanced training, and better pricing, allowing Via Net.Works USA to offer better service at lower price points. "The way we succeed is by empowering our customers with the tools and support they need to succeed in their businesses," says Brian Easter, product manager for Via Net.Works USA. "By strengthening our relationship with Miva, we are better able to meet our customers' growing e-commerce demands. The days of brochure-ware Web sites are gone. Many of our customers do as much as 80 percent of their business online." Via Net.Works is the US division of pan-European Web hosting provider Via Net.Works (vianetworks.com).
