📅 - IT security solutions provider Comodo (comodo.com) announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with UK-based consumer advice Web site ID-Protect (id-protect.co.uk) to provide consumers with information on security tactics that help prevent identity theft.
ID-Protect says it provides reviews on firewall and anti-virus software in addition to a step-by-step practices approach for protecting identities from being stolen and has partnered with Comodo to distribute its free Firewall Pro solution.
"Providing unbiased information is core to our value proposition," says Julian Evan, managing director of ID-Protect. "Our audience views our information as leading edge, actionable and effective in defeating the identity thieves out there. On Tuesday, Early Impact joined the Comodo reseller program and will begin offering Comodo's SSL certificates to its e-merchant clients.
