📅 - The Heiden Group (heidengroup.com), a recently launched telecommunications industry consultancy, announced on Tuesday that it has named its advisory board.
The board includes Kathleen Earley, who created, built and managed AT&T's hosting business, and Heidi Heiden, who pioneered the IP and GPS protocols. Other members include Carl N. Grant III, vice president at Cooley Godward, Lynn Refer, CEO of Looking Glass Networks, Chris Albinson of JP Morgan Partners, Matt Newton of Columbia Capital, Mike Jenner, vice president and general manager of AT&T's Global IP Services, Jim Becker, former COO of Qwest Communications, Eric Gioia of Robbins-Gioia, and Alex Coleman, vice president at Verizon Communications.
The Heiden Group said it plans to use the expertise of its board members to further differentiate its business and consulting services.
"Our advisory board has led some of the most innovative solutions in the technology world over the last 20 years and managed to surround themselves with very talented teams," says Clint Heiden, partner and co-founder of the Heiden Group. "We want to draw from that innovation and team-building success to help solve our client's complex business needs and recruiting issues."
The Heiden Group, intends to introduce the SLA concept to the process of hiring sales representatives for telecommunications service providers.
