Feb 16, 2005 : Looking Glass Deploys Web Hosting

📅 - Metropolitan data transport services provider Looking Glass Networks, Inc. (lglass.net) said on Tuesday it had launched its CentraGLASS service offering solutions for Web hosting providers, content providers and bandwidth-intensive customers.

The service supplies a neutral business environment and a variety of connectivity options, providing companies with a virtual marketplace to reside and offer their services to others.
The product is best suited for managed services providers, emerging technologies, enterprise and carrier companies, says Looking Glass.
"We want to target fast-growing technology, enterprise and carrier companies with a very unique offering," says Steve Daigle, vice president of product and sales development for Looking Glass Networks. "These companies need extremely reliable and well-connected environments and, most importantly, a flexible approach to the relationship. Looking Glass has proven with its already broad service offerings that it can provide customers with the services they need when and where they need them."
Looking Glass is targeting companies that require a cost-effective, carrier-neutral environment in which to grow their business such as MSPs, hosting companies, gamers and VOIP providers. The CentraGLASS service will initially be offered in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle and Washington DC.
