Since becoming operational in November of 1999,Inflow has installed 50 customers in the nation's Research Triangle, meetingthe needs of many previously underserved businesses in the area.

Since signing with Inflow, each of these customers has experienced 100percent uptime. By outsourcing with Inflow, companies have found acost-effective means of achieving maximum reliability and redundancy, whilefocusing on their core business.

The Raleigh IDC is an 8,500 square foot raised floor facility located in theheart of Research Triangle Park. Each Raleigh employee has been technicallytrained and certified and are on site for round-the-clock customerassistance.More than half of Raleigh's Inflow staff holds certifications through Cisco,Microsoft and CheckPoint.

Inflow edges out its competition by guaranteeing local companies 100 percentInternet availability through its service, which provides access to multipleTier-1 Internet backbone 'InflowNet' providers. In fact, 96 percent ofRaleigh's customers utilize InflowNet's managed network service, takingadvantage of its availability, scalability and high performance level.Additionally, Inflow's suite of services includes load balancing,application and equipment monitoring, managed firewalls and data storage.
