Feb 3, 2006 : Dimension Data Hosts Job Fair

📅 February 3, 2006 - IT solutions provider Dimension Data (dimensiondata.com) announced on Thursday it plans to expand its operations in the Pacific Northwest and will hold a job fair on Tuesday, February 7 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Redmond Marriott Town Center.


The hotel is located at 7401 164th Ave NE in Redmond, Washington. Dimension Data recently expanded on its North American operations into Illinois and Arizona, as well as Mexico.

"Our projections in the Seattle area are strong, and we need sales, sales support and technology expertise to satisfy the demand in our commercial and enterprise business," says Mark Zerbe, VP of the western region at Dimension Data. "This job fair will provide us with a great opportunity to identify top talent with local market knowledge to help us drive revenue in the Northwest."

The job fair will give potential employees an overview of Dimension Data, as well as the opportunity for on-the-spot interviews and the potential for job offerings. The company is seeking candidates with previous technology experience, particularly in the areas of IP convergence, wireless, data center, security and core networking.
