Claranet Buys Six Degrees To Deepen UK Managed Services Grip

📅 June 30, 2026 - Claranet has bought UK managed services provider Six Degrees, creating a 3,500-person IT services group with more than €650 million in revenue and deeper coverage across cloud, cybersecurity, networks, workplace, data, and AI. The deal sharpens Claranet's UK position while giving Six Degrees customers access to a wider European delivery base and additional specialist capability at scale.

The acquisition is not huge by global systems integrator standards.
