📅 - Alpine Quantum Technologies (AQT) from Austria and French cloud provider Scaleway have launched a new European quantum cloud offering designed to expand access to quantum computing while reinforcing the region's digital sovereignty ambitions. The partnership integrates AQT's trapped-ion quantum computer into Scaleway's sovereign cloud platform.
It would enable enterprises, researchers and public sector organizations across Europe to access quantum processing units (QPUs) via a cloud-based model.
