📅 February 2, 2026 - nLighten has expanded its European footprint with the acquisition of a data center facility in Émerainville, in the eastern Paris region, from MSP oXya. The transaction, announced this week in Paris, strengthens nLighten's presence in one of Europe's most strategically important digital infrastructure hubs and reflects growing enterprise demand for regional, sustainable, and AI-ready data center capacity.

The newly acquired Émerainville site becomes nLighten's eighth facility in France and adds to a portfolio of more than 30 data centers across seven European markets.
