Tata Communications Takes Majority Stake In AI SaaS Firm Commotion



📅 - Tata Communications has agreed to acquire a 51 percent stake in Commotion Inc., an AI-native enterprise SaaS platform provider with operations in the United States and India, in a cash-only transaction executed via a stock purchase agreement. The move is designed to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence across Tata Communications' so-called Digital Fabric, with a particular focus on its customer interaction and communications platform portfolio.
