QuadReal and T5 Capital Expand Data Center Platform to $8B

📅 February 20, 2025 - QuadReal Property Group and T5 Data Centers have expanded their data center investment platform, positioning it for significant growth toward an $8 billion valuation. The partnership, initially formed in 2019, has enabled the development of advanced facilities catering to AI, hyperscale, and enterprise customers across key U.S. markets, including Silicon Valley, Hillsboro, Chicago, Atlanta, and Charlotte.

With increasing demand for cloud and AI-driven infrastructure, the expanded funding will support the creation of a new Scaled Campus initiative, capable of delivering up to 5 gigawatts (GW) of power.
