The financing structure would support Cologixs expansion of AI-ready data centers across North America.
This funding, comprising $500 million USD in equity from both new and existing partners and a $1.0 billion USD revolving multi-asset development financing facility, equips Cologix with substantial capital to fuel expansion and new developments across key North American markets.
